Guest House Jasmin

The Guest House Jasmin has two entrances. The first entrance connects 3 rooms (1, 2, 3), and the second entrance on the ground floor is for the apartment. 
Room 1 (ground floor) 32m2 is a triple room with a TV and armchairs, while the modern ambiance creates the atmosphere. The two beds can be joined into one double bed as required.  The room has a private bathroom, a hallway with a wardrobe, and a shoe rack. This room can accommodate three adults or two adults, a baby, and a child. The price is 34€ per room per night for three people, and 27€ for two people.

Room 2 and room 3 share one hallway from which you enter into both rooms, two bathrooms, and one dining room, with two separate dining tables, a fully equipped kitchen, double utensils for both rooms, and a TV. Each room has a separate bathroom. 

Room 2 on the first floor, 40m2 is a double room with a french style bed and one sofa bed, comfortable to fit one adult or two children. The room has stylish furniture, a TV, a terrace, and a private bathroom. This room can accommodate 3 adults when two of them share a double bed or a family with two children sharing a sofa. The price is 27€ for two people, and 34€ per room for three people. 

Room 3 on the first floor 45m2 is a triple room with three single beds, while two beds can be joined into one double bed as required. It has a terrace, a modern TV, two armchairs, and a private bathroom. This room can accommodate 3 adults or a family with two adults, a baby, and a child. The price is 35€ per room per night for three people, and 30€ for two people. An additional person charge is 9€. 

Apartment 52m2 is spacious and has absolutely everything you need for an extended stay. It has two TVs (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room), a work desk, a mini kitchen, a microwave, and other amenities to prepare food and barbecue. The terrace has two tables, five chairs, and a large parasol. The price is 50€ per room per night for up to four people. An additional person charge is 9€. 

At 500 meters from the villa, you will find the thermal pools of Nis Spa. The two most famous attractions in Niš, the Skull Tower, is 8 km away, and Niš Fortress, located in the city center, is 9.6 km away. Local buses stop 100 meters from the property and run through the city center, while the location of the main bus and train station is in Niš.

Additional costs: city tax 130 rsd (1,25€) per person, per night.  Kids from 7-15 years old pay 50%, and kids from 0-7 years old are free of charge. 

Check-in from 13:00 - 00:00, check-out from 08:00 - 11:00.
