Villa has a restaurant available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on request, adaptable for celebrations, business meetings, and presentations. If the guests would like to have meals, additional costs apply for breakfast 4€, and for a dinner 7,5€. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool during the summer heat. Business or private gatherings can be organized in the pool area.
At 500 meters from the villa, you will find the thermal pools of Nis Spa. The two most famous attractions in Niš, the Skull Tower, is 8 km away, and Niš Fortress, located in the city center, is 9.6 km away. Local buses stop 100 meters from the property and run through the city center, while the location of the main bus and train station is in Niš.
The double room price is 50€ per room for two people, and 33€ for single occupancy.
One-bedroom suite price is 35€ per room for two people, per person per night. An additional person charge is 9€. The price for single occupancy is 30€ per room.
Two-bedroom suite price is 60€ per room for four people, 54€ for three people, and 47€ for two people.
Additional costs: city tax 130 rsd (1,25€) per person, per night. Kids from 7-15 years old pay 50%, and kids from 0-7 years old are free of charge.
