    Enjoy the landscape of an archaic village Topli Do, meadows and hills, lower and upper Pilj (read Pily) waterfalls and if you are happy, you'll catch the amazing play of wild horses at the sunset.

    The Balkan mountain range, also known as Stara Planina (meaning the old mountain), has got its name after the Balkan Peninsula. The village Topli Do is the closest village to the Serbian highest pick Midzor (2169m) and just 7 km away by walk, from the famous ski resort Stara Planina. The village captured its appearance like 100 years ago, including architecture and warm local people, who like chit chat even if they don’t know your language. Serbia has 90 discovered waterfalls, one-third of which are located at Stara Planina. Waterfall Pilj, 64m high is located deep in the mountain. It consists of two waterfalls, lower Pilj and upper Pilj at a height of around 1450 m. Bukovicki Do Waterfall is one of the most beautiful and interesting in Serbia.

    The minimum number of applied persons for this tour is 2 and the maximum of 20. Less than 6 applied persons are considered as the private tour, though, a special price occurs.  

    Private tour for up to 2 persons is 150€. 

    For 3-5 persons is 75€ per person.

    For 6 - 8 persons the price is 55€ per person. 

    From 9 - 20 persons, the price is 35€ per person. 

    If there are not sufficient numbers of travelers or uninspected bad weather conditions, the organizer keeps the right to change or cancel the trip at least 3 days before the beginning date.     Day 1

    Please be ready by 7:45 AM at your hotel for a prompt departure by 8:00 AM.

    One-hour drive through Sicevo George to Pirot City and from there and a half-hour long journey through the hills and majestic villages of Stara Planina to the archaic village Topli Do. After visiting the village, the hiking route starts here up to the waterfalls Lower Pilj and Bukovicki Do. Lunch break at the most beautiful meadow here with a fascinating view to the pick Midzor and the mountain ridge of Stara Planina or Balkan Mountain that represents the natural border with Bulgaria. Return by the same trail, 8 km long in total to the village of Topli Do. 

    In return, we'll make one stop at Temska Monastery dedicated to St. George, built-in 14th century with beautiful frescos inside. We continue the journey through the picturesque valley of the Temska River popularly called Serbian Colorado Canyon, not for its height but for the similar look and red color of its rocks. 

    Return to Hotel in the evening hours.
